Stop procrastinating , lets overcome it!

Just trying to evade something you ought to do, but why, isn’t important? No, the real reason is we are draining our thoughts on just useless activity of pondering over that suspended task which you aren’t hammering out. Its sure that those negative thoughts which you are utilizing in procrastination will not enable you either they will keep you haunting.

We often overwhelm us, plenty of tasks at single time as we are super humans. No we are not, so stop living with this notion. Portion out your daily life with doable goals that will increase your working in an effective manner. Have some leisure time too in life but it doesn’t mean that a leisure time stuffed with boring thought of something to do .it’s painstaking and will definitely affect your mental and physical fitness drastically.

Just take a deep breath and sit, think that many moments you have washed away just thinking about something you have left on the ‘to do list. You are just thinking continuously, but it’s useless. Look it is affecting the activities which are in pipeline. And surely you are not doing justice with them consequently you won’t achieve those goals which you have set forth for yourself. These resulted shortcomings would pile up and will cause further botheration in your life.

So the question is how to come out from this whirlpool of uncertainty and thoughtlessness. How long this state of inertia will sustain. You have to get out from this sedentary unproductive phase and scrap off the termites of ill thoughts from your mind.

Foremost, the one and only you can do it ; no other can push you without allowing any external pressure. Some persons have inbuilt fault of waiting for the pressure moments in the life to do some important tasks but at those moments no doubt you will thrust your full energies but if at that moment you found yourself facing some more important chore to do than it would be total fuss. In those circumstances neither that task nor the pressured task you will compile.

If the task is too much you should portion that task in different phases and do it step wise and make a proper chart with time management about that goal to be achieved. In this way you will monitor your work progress and with every small goal achievement you will find more relaxed and composed.

All the time just thinking about work and flaccid inactive life can create havoc in our real lives .This can lead to boredom, stress anxiety. This life of despair can only guarantee bad future, worse prospects, at least not any promising, worth winning or achieving outcome.

So girdle up your loin, take deep breath, sit straight, catch a piece of paper and pen or just notepad over your device and chart out the ‘to do list’ and hope on to do them. You will notice a positive change in your life. You will witness the new horizon that will cherish your inner soul definitely. Just give it a chance and stop procrastination.
